What is the Diane Sauer Chevrolet Pit Stop Program?
The Diane Sauer Chevrolet Pit Stop Program was designed to provide an even higher level of satisfaction for our customers who purchase new or GM Certified pre-owned vehicles.
What does the program consist of?
When a customer takes delivery of his or her new vehicle, a Pit Stop appointment is made for 20-30 days in the future. The customer will come to the Service Department at the designated time. Over the next 15 minutes, the following services will be performed.
- Fluids will be checked and topped off if necessary
- Tire pressures will be checked and corrected if necessary
- Oil life index will be checked to estimate when an oil change will need to be performed
- The vehicle will be washed and returned to the customer
- Onstar will be checked for functionality
The Diane Sauer Chevrolet Pit Stop Program also provides a great opportunity for our customers to ask any questions that may arise during the first few weeks of ownership.
