The staff was very professional and friendly. The work was done in less time than predicted. And the IT guy corrected my problem with my phone not connecting to the car computer screen. He took extra time to educate me on the steps got proper usage. Over all we were very pleased and would recommend your company to everyone. I was a little disappointed that non gm parts were used on my vehicle. While I understand it the reason and it saved me money, I fully expected true gm parts. Secondly I was not notified about the switch till after service was completed. Point being, I could have went to any tire shop and got the same off brand but cheaper. I bring my vehicle to the dealership because I have expectations of top quality.

Had oil change and look at my sound I hear. He changed the oil then wrote on the invoice- the sound is coming from the rear brakes, needs rotors has deep grove on them and brakes, cost $350. I then took My car to R & T Auto Repair on North River Rd, Warren. He said how did they inspect them, the driver rear tire could come off, Ray looked at the brake NO problems, went to the Passenger side, That wheel was never pulled off at the dealer ship. He had to pound it of- NO damage on that brake nor rotor. Now I am questioning, am I being scammed at your dealership?

I go here for service all the time, one time I've been slightly disappointed. One time does not spoil all the apples. Service is always timely, no long wait times, they are priced reasonably for a dealership. I like gm service for my gm vehicle.

My experience was okay I kept calling to see if they had time to check out my car and to see if i could get a loaner so that I could get back and forth to work until my car was fixed which I was told they were all loaned out & I wouldn't be able to get one until they did a diagnosis on it. When they finally looked at my car they fixed it and I was able to pick it up yesterday after I had it towed in last Tuesday. I appreciated that Dan got it repaired right away

Overall, the experience was great. The gentleman offered to repair our seatbelt latch for us while our transmission was being replaced. The downside to the entire experience was that there were no courtesy vehicles available so we had to rent a char for 2.5 weeks before getting a courtesy vehicle. I think if this is ever the case the dealership should reduce the price or offer to pay for the rented car.

I needed an oil change desperately and made an appointment. Unfortunately, I walked in on the wrong day. However, they squeezed me in and made it happen despite my hair. They were kind, forgiving, and everything that could help me.

I had an oil change and my tire rotated. I asked them to look at my one tire it kept loosing air. They said they would. I told them the back passenger side. They said that they didn’t see why it was leaking, but that is because they never rotated the tires. My passenger rear tire is still leaking. Highly disappointed with this almost $100 visit especially because I have been recommending people go there due to my first visit being amazing and all the horrible experiences I’ve had with sims.

at first i was skeptical when i had to push a bit to have the check engine light evaluated but once it was it was smooth sailing, all issues were dealt with. the only question remaining is the key fob is the only one the second one doesn't exist and a replacement is approximately $500 which makes me think this vehicle was repossessed. i therefore fear a person out there somewhere could steal the car

Came in on Saturday to look at two trucks. Dealt with Brian Grischow, who was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. His main goal was to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the vehicle I chose, drove off with a brand new Colorado thanks to him.
