Amazing as always!!

I went in for 2 problems - told the guy that I had a check engine light on and my blind spot sensors weren’t working. They fixed the check engine light but because there wasn’t a code for the sensors refused to fix it. Now I have to take my car to another shop to get the sensors fixed because they couldn’t be bothered.

I had a check engine light on my car. I made the appointment took it and dropped it off, sat and waited and it’s all fixed.

didn’t fix the service light in my dash and didn’t fix the vibration I’m having with my truck.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The work was done in less time than predicted. And the IT guy corrected my problem with my phone not connecting to the car computer screen. He took extra time to educate me on the steps got proper usage. Over all we were very pleased and would recommend your company to everyone. Also had a nice visit with Adonnis, the wonderful young man who sold the car to us.

The Apple CarPlay issue remains unresolved and when I left the shop, my right turn signal stopped working somehow. Now I need to return for another appointment for something that worked perfectly before.

My experience was okay I kept calling to see if they had time to check out my car and to see if i could get a loaner so that I could get back and forth to work until my car was fixed which I was told they were all loaned out & I wouldn't be able to get one until they did a diagnosis on it. When they finally looked at my car they fixed it and I was able to pick it up yesterday after I had it towed in last Tuesday. I appreciated that Dan got it repaired right away

Had oil change and look at my sound I hear. He changed the oil then wrote on the invoice- the sound is coming from the rear brakes, needs rotors has deep grove on them and brakes, cost $350. I then took My car to R & T Auto Repair on North River Rd, Warren. He said how did they inspect them, the driver rear tire could come off, Ray looked at the brake NO problems, went to the Passenger side, That wheel was never pulled off at the dealer ship. He had to pound it of- NO damage on that brake nor rotor. Now I am questioning, am I being scammed at your dealership?

It would have been nice if to have a tire plugged was free since you had the tire off for rotation already, with only 6000 miles on a new 2025 Colorado.

Ottavio was awesome from the minute I walked in the door. He made sure all my questions were answered and made sure I was comfortable with the payment I was at. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a new car to him and I will be back when my lease expires.

Overall, the experience was great. The gentleman offered to repair our seatbelt latch for us while our transmission was being replaced. The downside to the entire experience was that there were no courtesy vehicles available so we had to rent a char for 2.5 weeks before getting a courtesy vehicle. I think if this is ever the case the dealership should reduce the price or offer to pay for the rented car.

I was a little disappointed that non gm parts were used on my vehicle. While I understand it the reason and it saved me money, I fully expected true gm parts. Secondly I was not notified about the switch till after service was completed. Point being, I could have went to any tire shop and got the same off brand but cheaper. I bring my vehicle to the dealership because I have expectations of top quality.

The service people do a great job explaining what was done to your car. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and they got me in quickly. Much appreciated

I had an oil change and my tire rotated. I asked them to look at my one tire it kept loosing air. They said they would. I told them the back passenger side. They said that they didn’t see why it was leaking, but that is because they never rotated the tires. My passenger rear tire is still leaking. Highly disappointed with this almost $100 visit especially because I have been recommending people go there due to my first visit being amazing and all the horrible experiences I’ve had with sims.
