Been going to Sauer Chevrolet for 28 yrs now and they are do fair and reasonable work. I can drive to a closer Chevy dealer for my new cars and repairs but I drive 45 miles to Sauer's because they are honest and do good work.

I came in for an oil change everybody was professional. When my vehicle was ready, someone came in went over everything they did and took me to the cashier. I was very happy.

I was told a certain price 2 timed when I called to make my appointment and when they were done it was more money I had ask the person making the appointment 2 times what the price was and nothing tomes she told me the same price but when they were done it was 90 more so I will not be going back to this establishment this has happened before at this establishment so I told them I would not be returning

The service dept person, Alex, i believe was his name. He checked on the problem with my car and told me what needed to be done in a timely manner. He then arranged for my ride home rather than waiting at dealership//problem was fixed in a few hours time and and I had another ride back to dealership to pick up the car. Everyone was very polite and helpful...Thank you

The gentlemen in the service department were very nice. They kept me updated on everything wrong with my car. Although they didn't find out what the problem was with my brake fluid leaking out, they still were very helpful in trying to figure it out. If it keeps running low, I will take it back up there and I'm not leaving until they find out why

When you take your new car in for service and they say to you. Nothing is wrong with it. I am made to look like the crazy lady. I back into a parking spot everyday, which my back camera never beeps or even the triangle did Not show.. something is wrong? Or when you new console charger has Not worked from day one.. even with the salesman phone. BUT TOLD ALL WORKS GOOD!! THANKS ALOT!! Brand new vehicle with 2 less working features thanks GM!

Mike, the service agent was very courteous and efficient but I was disappointed with some minor service issues. First, the car was brought in for an oil leak and dye was put in oil to trace the leak. Following internal engine repair neither the oil nor filter were changed and when oil level checked, post repair, the level was nearly a quart low. Secondly, the first courtesy car received was clean and no problems but second courtesy car was extremely muddy and dirty on both inside and exterior. Had to use this vehicle for Easter and my wife was not pleased with its condition. Also, my car was not washed before pickup. Although these issues are minor they are out of the ordinary for my service experiences over more than fifty years and thirty or more new vehicles. Thanks for asking. Kurt

I've been dealing with Sauer for more than 25 years. I am always treated with respect from the sales agent all the way to the new car manager. I was in search of a specific version of the new Silverado and they seemed to be the only dealership that could deliver what I wanted. Thanks go out to the staff at Diane Sauer Chevy.

There were several issues that I had to turn around and go back to the dealership to have taken care of before I got 5 or 10 minutes down the road. They were issues that I felt if they looked the work over to be certain the quality was as high as possible I would not have had to waste time going back and I still have to go back for them to install the part that was damaged while in their shop.

Vehicle was supposed to be ready but when showed up it had extra scratches on it was not rubbed out or polished. Had scratches on the new part that they did. And has an area where there’s brush marks on it I bought a 3 x 3 area not very happy I wasn’t able to take it in the Peyton job does not look like the rest of the vehicle. The rest of the vehicle is smooth and flat when he looked on the side of it it’s as like when you’re looking at water it has a ripple effect. Was not done professionally or looked over before we came to get so we had left it there did not bring it home very unsatisfied not what we expected from you guys. Our experiences at Sauer Chevrolet for the last 28 yrs. has always been great !

Normally I give a five-star review I have been bringing my car to the service department since I got it. This time when I brought it in for an oil change and a tire rotation I told them that my front driver's tire was leaking and that I had to put air in it every other day because it would go down to 28 lb and the gentleman told me that he would tell them and they would take a look at it. When he brought my paperwork out I asked about my tire and he said that they didn't say anything to him so they didn't see anything when I got into my car and started the car the car immediately told me that I had a low tire the tire had moved from the front driver side to the rear driver side and only had 30 lb in it the first thing I thought of was the fact that they did not even check the tire pressure in my tires when they rotated them the paper said that each tire had 35 lb in it but obviously this was not true as one was very low and the other three were closer to 40 I took a screenshot and I called my husband and he said that maybe after I drove the car for a minute the sensor would reset and it would tell me the correct weight. This did not work and I drove to the gas station and put air in my tire so I was disappointed in my service this time concerning my tires. Even though the service at the dealership is more costly than for example Walmart I like to come there because as a woman I feel that coming to the dealership is a smart move. This time it was not and I still have to go somewhere and have my tire repaired

Just an oil change

Initially we thought it was great, however things began to go down hill. During the buying process I asked based on some information about my mother’s previous employment at packard (Delphi), the sales rep asked his manager if I would be eligible for the discount. The manager said no, I still wanted to purchase the vehicle and we continued with the sale. I also wanted to pay in full however the sales rep asked if we could consider doing at least 10k of the total through a loan through gm financing, we would be helping the dealership, so we agreed. During this process I did go to gms site and apply for a legacy discount. 2 days after our purchase I received a reply from gm and yes I was eligible for the discount. I sent a message to the sales rep who told me that they would have to redo everything at that point. I had asked him how much of a discount I had missed out on and he said it would have been around $600. I then asked if there was something the dealership could do and they said they could give me service for a year. However that’s only going to give me 1 additional oil change and 1 additional wheel rotation. This experience has been very disappointing

It would have been nice if to have a tire plugged was free since you had the tire off for rotation already, with only 6000 miles on a new 2025 Colorado.

I went in for 2 problems - told the guy that I had a check engine light on and my blind spot sensors weren’t working. They fixed the check engine light but because there wasn’t a code for the sensors refused to fix it. Now I have to take my car to another shop to get the sensors fixed because they couldn’t be bothered.

My experience was okay I kept calling to see if they had time to check out my car and to see if i could get a loaner so that I could get back and forth to work until my car was fixed which I was told they were all loaned out & I wouldn't be able to get one until they did a diagnosis on it. When they finally looked at my car they fixed it and I was able to pick it up yesterday after I had it towed in last Tuesday. I appreciated that Dan got it repaired right away

I was a little disappointed that non gm parts were used on my vehicle. While I understand it the reason and it saved me money, I fully expected true gm parts. Secondly I was not notified about the switch till after service was completed. Point being, I could have went to any tire shop and got the same off brand but cheaper. I bring my vehicle to the dealership because I have expectations of top quality.
